Channel Connectors: check and nudge order syncing
See whether each connected sales channel is syncing, pull orders now, reset a stuck connector, queue a historical backfill or pull a date range.
Screens may differ slightly from what you see.
What it is for
This page shows the health of each connected sales channel (for example your ShopWired shop) and gives you manual controls when orders are not arriving as they should.
Who can use it
The navigation shows it to roles with the supplier-management permission. The page notes that the server requires manager level.
How to use it
Read a connector's health
Each connector is a card with its name, platform, a status pill (idle, syncing, healthy or error) and four times: Last poll, Last heartbeat, Last sync and Last webhook. "(inactive)" appears for a switched-off connector.
If nothing is listed the page says: "No channels connected." Connect a channel in Settings, Integrations first.
Poll now
Click Poll now to pull new orders immediately. When finished the card reports how many were fetched, upserted, skipped and in error. If it takes longer than 90 seconds the card says the poll may still be running and asks you to reload.
Reset sync
If a connector is stuck or in error, click Reset sync. It goes back to idle so the next poll runs. It does not pull anything itself.
Queue a backfill
- Enter a number of days in Backfill ... days (1 to 365).
- Click Queue backfill.
- The card says the backfill is queued and runs on the next poll cycle.
Sync a date range
- Choose From and To dates. Both are needed, and From must not be after To.
- Click Sync range. It pulls orders for that creation-date window and does not move the normal poll position.
- The card reports fetched, upserted, skipped and errors.
Tips
- Try Poll now first. Use Reset sync only for an errored or stuck state.
- Use Sync range to fill a gap you can name.
Things to know
- The poll and the range sync are live pulls from the shop.
- A backfill is queued, not immediate.

What should I try first if orders are not arriving?
Try Poll now first, which pulls new orders immediately. Use Reset sync only for an errored or stuck state. It goes back to idle so the next poll runs, and does not pull anything itself.
How do I fill a gap in synced orders?
Use Sync range: choose From and To dates and click Sync range. It pulls orders for that creation-date window and does not move the normal poll position.
